Approxh ntely eight years ago, our nuclear reactor was dismantled and the fuel was returned to General Electric. A that time the nuclear liability insurance policies were cancelled and we so informed your office. Thus, it has been eight years since we discontinued the irsur-ance and have not sent you copies of endorsenents or extensions since that time.

E-19 AMENDMENT NO. 10 Effective May 1,1977 Indemnity Agreement No. E-19, between The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated November 19, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:

"In the course of transportation" means in the course of transportation within the United States, or in the course of transportation outside the United States and any other nation, including handling or temporary storage incidental thereto, of the radiocctive material to the location or from the location provided that:
