Thanks: that's what we thought it was and I appreciate your time.
A couple of things and I will follow up with you or with Rhonda:
1: I will send you a statement early next week to put the Diaz report in context in that it described an unachievable, unrealistic worst case and there is language to that effect in the report.. .but i will send you something more specific 2: We are investigating the cases you brought up and want to provide you an update no later than thursday of next week regarding the likelihood of enforcement action.
