Secondary Containment Capability Test The Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Technical Specification 4.5.G.4 requires that the results of the secondary containment capability tests shall be in the subject of a summary technical report. The Attachment to this letter provides the 1R23 Outage test results, as required. The attached results demonstrated that the secondary containment capability test successfully satisfied the technical specification requirements and prerequisites.
