Secondary Containment Capability Test The Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Technical Specification 4.5.G.4 requires that the results of the secondary containment capability tests shall be in the subject of a summary technical report. The Attachment to this letter provides the 1 R23 Outage test results, as required. The attached results demonstrated that the secondary containment capability test successfully satisfied the technical specification requirements and prerequisites.
