In so doing, his initiative, dedication, and zeal to accomplish regulatory objectives and criteria enabled the agency to effectively anticipate and address significant technical issues in waste management, decommissioning, and reactor licensing. In addition, Mr. Philip has demonstrated exemplary level of expertise and performance while at the same time seeking opportunities to continually improve efficiency.
