[External_Sender] Aerotest/Nuclear Labyrinth - Non-Proprietary Treatment of Certain

Financial Information; Correction to License Transfer Proposed Technical Specifications

Ed - During our October 31 phone call, you asked that Aerotest Operations, Inc.("Aerotest")

and Nuclear Labyrinth LLC ("Nuclear Labyrinth")

clarify that certain financial information provided to the NRC in connection with the license transfer application did not require to be treated as proprietary.

You also requested that Aerotest and Nuclear Labyrinth recognize a typographical error in the proposed Technical Specifications for the license transfer.

This is to confirm on behalf of Aerotest and Nuclear Labyrinth the following:

1. The following financial information that was provided to the NRC in connection with the license transfer application as proprietary and confidential no longer needs to receive proprietary and confidential treatment.

This financial information is as follows: $943,225 that would be transferred to Aerotest to fund O&M for the first 12 months after the license transfer; $742,410 (plus interest) as the amount to be paid to the Department of Energy for the disposal of fuel from the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor; $625,000 as the cost to purchase storage/shipping casks for damaged fuel; and $300,000 as the value of the Nuclear Labyrinth letter of credit that it would maintain after license transfer.2. Section 12.1.1 of the proposed Technical Specifications transmitted by my letter of October 10, 2016 included a typographical error in that the word"operation" on line 2 should read "operations".

Please let me know if you need any further information or have any additional

questions.
