will be completed

by August 1, 1976. Please notify us if this understanding

is not correct. We will examine your corrective

actions during a future inspection.

in Mr. Fiorelli's

letter dated May 19, 1976 to Byron Lee, the GELi system will be calibrated

for stack charcoal cartridges

by November 1, 1976. You will be advised if improvements

may be made on this schedule.

The off-gas explosion

procedure

will be revised and distributed

by August 1, 1976. The delay in reporting

was discussed

with Mr. Maura of your staff on June 10, 1976. Please address any additional
