COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, DOCKET NO. 50-445 & 50-446, NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to inform you of recent management changes at Luminant Power. The following changes in executive management for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES), herein referred to as Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP), were announced on February 3,2009 and were effective on February 18, 2009.Mr. Michael R. Blevins, formerly the Executive Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer for Luminant, is now Luminant's acting Chief Operating Officer, replacing Mr. Michael McCall. Mr. Rafael Flores, formerly the Site Vice President, is now the Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer. Mr. Mitch Lucas has been named Site Vice President at Comanche Peak, reporting to Mr. Flores.The Comanche Peak Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) will be revised in accordance with 10 CFR 50.59 and existing site procedures.
The changes will be reflected in the next certified FSAR update as required by 10 CFR 50.71(e).Official correspondence relating to Comanche Peak after the effective date of this change should be addressed to Mr. Flores.If there are any questions concerning this submittal, contact Mr. Fred W.
