It has been assigned Accession No. ML18327A070 in the Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed a preliminary review of the information provided and identified no major deficiencies.
In accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum for SECY-16-0009, "Recommendations Resulting from the Integrated Prioritization and Re-Baselining of Agency Activities" (ADAMS No.
ML16104A158), the NRC licensing staff will no longer perform detailed reviews of such documents.
