John Tappert, our Director of the Division of Rulemaking , Environmental, and Financial Support, will be signing both originals. One will be retained here at the NRC and I will return the other one to you by certified mail. A copy will also be provided as an enclosure to our final response.
Either you can forward a copy of the signed amendment to the financial institution (or the original) or we do it (let me know). I would honestly prefer that you take care of this step since I do not have a fax here at home and do not trust our fax machines/printers to do that (all I can do is scan the document and send a copy via e-mail - note that I do not have an e-mail address for the financial institution).
Let me know how do you prefer to proceed and if there are any other Qs.
