enotes?F.Ifso,willtheNRCandyouprovidemewithacopyofthem?PartofthesenotescontainedmyreadingfromaTranscriptofoneoftheTape RecordingswhereformerPresidentGeorgeH.W.Bushassign edhisAttorneyGeneral,RichardThornburg,toseize,andwhichtheNRCsaidImadeduringthetimeIwasinMAFederalCourtforover6years.TheFederalSubpoenasaid:"StephenB.Comley(SR)isConspiringto'ToppletheNRC'withRogerFortuna,formerDeputyDirectoroftheNRCOffice ofInvestigations,andifComleydoesnotgiveuptheseTape recordingshehasmadeofconversationsofhigh officialsinWashington,hecouldbejeopardizingthesafetyoftheAmericanPeopleandtheSecurityofU.S NuclearPlantsacrossth ecountry".Asyouknow,Mr.Bower,youandmanyothersattheNRCareaware,WTP'sinformantsandIfoundwecould 4 trustandworkwiththefirstNRCIG,DavidWilliamsduringhiswatchoverwrongdoingsbyVictorStelloandotherswhowerecoveringupsafetyconcerns.Youroffice,throughcorrespondencetoMr.Bell,hasconfirmedIhaveadmittedtohavingthesetape recordings.IamwonderingwhyMr.Bellhasn'tcontactedWTPyet?YouandmanyothersattheNRCknowMAAG'sLegalTeamhasacopyofaTranscriptofoneofWTP'sNRCinformants.Thisalsoisstatedinon eofmypublishedguestcolumns(attached).MAAG's4memberLegalTeamwhichMauraHealey,herself,assembledwastoinvestigateWTP'sconcernsofSeabrookStationandCover upsofothersafetyconcernsbytheNRC.This4memberLegalTeamincludedherChiefofStaff,MikeFirestone,whoaskedmetoattendameetingwhichwasheldintheMAAG'sOfficeonOctober18,2017.Duringthismeeting,wediscussedmanytopics.WTPalsoprovidedlotsofdocumentation,includingtheJuly4,2014,letterwithenclosures,toMr.Dentel.Alsoatthismeeting,IelectedtogivetheLegalTeamthenamesofWTP'sbraveindividuals,withtheirpermission,connectedtotheGAGORDERS.Inaddition,becauseofpastthreatsonmyfamilyandarecentoneonme,IgaveMauraHeal ey'sChiefofStaff,MikeFirestone,acopyofaTranscriptofaconversationIhadwithanNRCinformant,butwiththeunderstandingthistranscriptwouldnotbereleasedunlessWTPgivestheMAAGOfficepermission.ThisTranscriptexpressesthisNRCinformant'sdisappointmentthatEdwardMarkeychosenottopursuesomenuclearsafetymattersgiventohim.Partofthisconversationstates:"Markeyknowsitisdirty,hebelievesitbutevidentlyheistired,boredorwhateverandheisdilettante.I'llbecandidwithyou.Heiski ndofguy,hewasplayingChernobylforawhile,soheisboredwithotherstuff.Ihearhewantstogetoffthatcommittee.Youknow,itisnotsexyenoughforhim,hewantstotrysomethingels rPlantsincludingSeabrookStation.Mr.Giuliani'sparticipation(SeeNYT'sarticleattached)tookplaceinearly1988.SixtyMinutesreporterMartyBergmanwho,aftercontactingWTP,convincedMr.GiulianitomeetwithWTPandourinformantsconnectedtotheBogusNuclearPartsNationalScandal.AsWTPwastold,GiulianiwastiredofbeingtheU.S.AttorneyinNewYork,andwantedtomakeabigsplashjustbeforeleavingtheU.S.Attorney'sOfficesohecouldthengetaleguponhiswishtobeco meMayorofNY.ImentionedtoyourAssistant,also,WTPhastape recordingsofMr.Giuliani'sinvolvementduringthetimewhenhewasNY'sU.S.AttorneyandhadjurisdictionovertheIndianPointNuclearPlant,whoatthattime,hadandpresentlyhasSubstandardNuclearComponentsbuiltintheplant.Ialso,duringmyconversationwithyourAssistanton8 31 2018,providedinformationabouttheCounterfeitSubstandardNuclearPartsCover uptothen PresidentialCandidatesDonaldTrump,MarcoRubioandDr.BenCarsonwhichcanbeviewedon41minutevideosclickingtheIcondow
