CALLAWAY - SP CHAPTER 13.0 CONDUCT OF OPERATIONS This chapter of the Site Addendum provides information relating to the preparations and plans for operating the Callaway Plant. In the Site Addendum, Chapter 13.0 also describes the Union Electric Co. organizational structure, the training programs employed, emergency plans, review and audit activities, plant procedures, and the industrial security program at the plant.

13.1 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE APPLICANT Refer to Section 13.1 of the Site Addendum.

13.2 TRAINING Refer to Section 13.2 of the Site Addendum.

13.3 EMERGENCY PLANNING The emergency plans will adequately provide for the health and safety of the public during and following plant emergencies. These plans meet the elements required by Appendix E of 10 CFR 50 and Paragraph 50.34 of 10 CFR 50. Compliance with 10 CFR 73 is also described in this section of the Site Addendum. Refer to Section 13.3 of the Site Addendum.

13.4 REVIEW AND AUDIT Refer to Section 13.4 of the Site Addendum.

13.5 PLANT PROCEDURES Refer to Section 13.5 of the Site Addendum.

13.6 INDUSTRIAL SECURITY Refer to Section 13.6 of the Site Addendum.
