U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Nuclear WasteFundExpenditures February 2021 Duringthe month ofFebruary 2021, theU.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) expended

$5,927 ofNuclear WasteFund (NWF) funds onits actions indirect response tothe court's decision. Cumulative expenditures since the August 13,2013, U.S. CourtofAppeals decision are$13,143,247. The August 13,2013, balance of$13,549,315 ofunexpended NWFfunding, lessthecumulative expenditures, results ina remaining unexpended balance of$406,068.

Table 1provides further details onthe NRC's expenditure ofNWFfunds since August 13,2013.
