NRC PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION INSPECTION REPORT 05000361/2010006; 05000362/2010006 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER
Dear Mr. Sheppard:
Thank you for your letter of August 30, 2010, in response to our July 30, 2010, letter and Notice of Violation concerning the failure to maintain written procedures in that procedures with known technical deficiencies were available for use by plant personnel after modifications were made to the instrument air system. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will
be maintained.
