Dear Administrative Judges:

Pursuant to your March 31, 2015 Order Requesting Information from All Participants in the above-referenced proceeding, Riverkeeper hereby provides the following information:

Riverkeeper

's representatives and witness are available the weeks of November 16 th and 30 th for an evidentiary hearing.

However, Riverkeeper notes that it support s the State and NRC Staff's position that Monday November 30 th may present logistical travel difficulties due to the Thanksgiving holiday and that it may not be ideal to commence hearings on that date.

Riverkeeper currently expects approximately two representatives to be present at Riverkeeper

's table at the evidentiary hearing.
