Pursuant to your March 31, 2015 Order Requesting Information from All Participants in the above-referenced proceeding, Riverkeeper hereby provides the following information:

• Riverkeepers representatives and witness are available the weeks of November 16th and 30th for an evidentiary hearing. However, Riverkeeper notes that it supports the State and NRC Staffs position that Monday November 30th may present logistical travel difficulties due to the Thanksgiving holiday and that it may not be ideal to commence hearings on that date.

• Riverkeeper currently expects approximately two representatives to be present at Riverkeepers table at the evidentiary hearing.
