71111.11 Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation (NSPM), d/b/a Xcel Energy, requests a change to the Licensed Operator Requalification Program inspection dates, currently scheduled during the week of October 7,2013. Pursuant to a July 8,2013 telephone conversation between Mr. Keith Walton, U.S. NRC, and Mr. Gerald Allex, MNGP operations training, it was agreed that NSPM would formally submit a request to change the inspection dates to the week of October 21, 2013.
