Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel (MPC-292, -293, -294)

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210," paragraph (b)(2), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting the registration for the use of three spent fuel storage casks under the general license to store spent fuel at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). The initial use of the first cask listed below to store spent fuel occurred on May 11, 2023. The registration of two additional casks, which were initially used on May 18, 2023, and May 25, 2023, are also being submitted with this report. This registration is required to be submitted to the Nuclear Regulat ory Commission (NRC) within 30 days of initial use. Accordingly, this registration is due to the NRC by June 12, 2023, in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212.
