NUREGs proposed by the NEI Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF). We propose a modification to TSTF-284, R.2, regarding the guidance in Section 1.4 on the use of surveillance requirement notes that use the terms "met" and "perform." Our comments on this traveler are enclosed.

Proposed Changes to STS Section 1.4 and TSTF 284, R.2 Modify last sentence of first pargraphof insert I as follows:
