On January 27, 2010, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Integrated Inspection Report 05000254/2009005; 05000265/2009005 (ML100271264). An inspection sample was inadvertently omitted from the Integrated Inspection Report. Please insert the attached errata where appropriate into Integrated Inspection Report 05000254/2009005; 05000265/2009005.
