G. The Updated Safety Analysis Report supplement, as revised, submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 54.21(d), shall be included in the next scheduled update to the Updated Safety Analysis Report required by 10 CFR 50.71(e)(4) following the issuance of this renewed operating license. Until that update is complete, ENO may make changes to the programs and activities described in the supplement without prior Commission approval, provided that ENO evaluates such changes pursuant to the criteria set forth in 10 CFR 50.59 and otherwise complies with the requirements in that section. H. The Updated Final Safety Analysis Report supplement, as revised, describes certain future activities to be completed prior to the period of extended operation. Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., shall complete these activities no later than June 8, 2012, and shall notify the NRC in writing when implementation of these activities is complete and can be verified by NRC inspection. Resolution of discrepancy between NRC and Entergy controlled versions of Pilgrim Tech Specs
Perry and Jim, Pilgrim TS Section 3/4.4 Standby Liquid Control System was amended by License Amendment 169, which over hauled and consolidated the section resulting in pages 3/4.4-3, 3/4.4-4, and 3/4.4-5 bei ng removed. That is why there are only TS pages 3/4.4-1 and 3/4.4-2 for that section. Also note that License Amendment 170 later made a change to a portion of TS page 3/4.4-1. Therefore last amendment affecti ng page 3/4.4-1 is LA 170 and last amendment affecti ng page 3/4.4-2 is LA 169.
Pilgrim TS Section 3/4.8 and TS Section 7/8 were amended by License Amendmat 177. LA 177 relocated TS pages 3/4.8-3 through 20 and Section 7/8 pages 1-17 to the Pilgrim O ffsite Dose Calculation Manual.
Therefore, with respect to theses sections I am confident that the CD I sent you containing the Pilgrim controlled copy of Tech Specs is
correct.
Please let me know if you need additional information.
