Dear Mr. Nazar,
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding an allegation that a former licensed reactor operator at FP&L's Turkey Point Nuclear Plant (TPN), cheated on a biennial written requalification exam.
The NRC determined that no violation of NRC requirements existed for TPN and further investigation was not warranted. We plan no further action with regard to this matter.
