REGULATORY COMMITMENT COMMITTED DATE OR OUTAGE B17875.01: Guidance to the licensed operators Complete for maintaining the reactor thermal power below the licensed limit has been provided.

B17875.02: Operating procedures shall be October 29,1999 revised to incorporate new guidance on maintaining reactor thermal power below allowable limits.

B17875.03: Revised alarm setpoints for the October 1, '999 calorimetric calculated values on the plant process computer shall be investigated and appropriate corrective actions shall be implemented.

B17875.04: Training shall be provided to plant November 1,1999 operators on the changes made to procedures and alarm setpoints.
