A4oD Document Control Desk PLA-6120 The purpose of this letter is to supplement the Reference 1 request for an amendment to the licensing basis for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES) Units 1 and 2 that supports a full implementation application of an Alternative Source Term (AST) methodology.
 
Document Control Desk PLA-6120 The purpose of this letter is to supplement the Reference 1 request for an amendment to the licensing basis for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES) Units 1 and 2 that supports a full implementation application of an Alternative Source Term (AST) methodology.
Reference 1 contained revision 1 of PPL calculation EC-059-1041, "Suppression Pool PH Post LOCA." Since revision 1 was issued for NRC review, it has been revised to address the final design for the Standby Leakage Control System at Extended Power Uprate conditions. The final design is also reflected in the proposed amendment request contained in Reference 5.
Reference 1 contained revision 1 of PPL calculation EC-059-1041, "Suppression Pool PH Post LOCA." Since revision 1 was issued for NRC review, it has been revised to address the final design for the Standby Leakage Control System at Extended Power Uprate conditions. The final design is also reflected in the proposed amendment request contained in Reference 5.
