Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU), under the Oak Ridge Institute for Scienceand Education (ORISE) contract, received three soil samples on December 12, 2014 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The samples were analyzed for gamma emitting radionuclides, gross alpha and beta (GAB),
tritium (H-3), and carbon-14 (C-14)as directed in an email dated January 7, 2015. There was no NRC Form 303 sent with the samples. The samples were sent direcdyfrom the University of Michigan.

The sample identification numbers, as provided on the University of Michigan chain of custody forms, are presented in Table 1.
