BPC Quality Assurance using marked-up drawings inspected the following areas per WPP/QCl 58.0, Erection of Structural and Miscellaneous Steel--

Auxiliary Building Elevation 100', Areas A1B, A1A Elevation 120', Areas A2A, A2B Containment Building Elevation 100', Areas CIA, C1B, CIC, C1D Elevation 140', Areas C3C, C3D One bolt in Containment Col. No. 12 did not have full thread engagement. NCR No. CC-4337 was written.

I BPC Quality Assurance inspection findings determined the loose bolts found by the NRC to be an isolated case. This item is closed.
