the following violation was identified:

Technical Specification 6.8.1 requires that written procedures be estab-lished, implemented, and maintained covering the activities recommendeo in Appendix A of Regulatory Guide 1.33, Revision 2, February 1978, wFich includes Administrative procedures.

Contrary to the above, on October 22, 1986, core spray pressure trans-mitter E-21-N055H was found to be isolated and the applicable Technical Specification 3.3.3 action statement was not entered.
