l In response to-your November 17, 1987 request, I am pleased to inform you that the fasteners selected by the-Subcommittee staff-on November 5, 1987, from the,C.alvertsC11ffstwarehouse were.sent to the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL) for testing within a few days of the Subcommittee staff's visit.
l In response to-your November 17, 1987 request, I am pleased to inform you that the fasteners selected by the-Subcommittee staff-on November 5, 1987, from the,C.alvertsC11ffstwarehouse were.sent to the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL) for testing within a few days of the Subcommittee staff's visit.                                           INEL will test each bolt for conformity to industry standards, including dimensional, chemical, mechanical, and. hardness testing.                                           The results of this testing should be available by the end of January 1988.
