BYRON STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDHENT REQUEST (TAC NOS. 64206 AND 64207)

By letter dated October 23, 1988, you applied for an amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-37 and NPF-66. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications to accommodate a modification to the narrow range resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) in the reactor coolant systems. Subsequently, by letter dated March 15, 1989, you withdrew the anendment request.

The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
