Description

The inspectors identified a Severity Level IV NCV and associated finding of very low safety significance of 10 CFR 50.72(b)(3)(v)(D), Immediate Notification Requirements for Operating Nuclear Power Reactors, for the failure to report an event to the NRC within 8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br />, where an event or condition that at the time of discovery could have prevented the fulfillment of the safety function of structures or systems that are needed to mitigate the consequences of an accident. The licensee had not prepared any corrective actions by the end of the inspection period.
