INTERVENORS' RESPONSE TO ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD'S MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DATED OCTOBER 24, 1978 Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.                  Section 2.730(f), Intervenors request referral of General Electric's Interrogatory No. 1, dated June 26, 1978, all responses of all parties thereto, and all motions, cross-motions and responses thereto arising out of said interrogatory, to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Intervenors note that today is Karen Silkwood day, a nationwide effort to promote public awareness of what it can mean to be an opponent of the nuclear industry.                      Intervenors must respectfully refuse to reveal the names of any persons aiding intervenors unless intervenors intend to call these persons as witnesses, as provided in intervenors answer to GE's interrogatory No. 2, dated June 26, 1978.
