In conformance with the Commission's policy on notification of all participants of potentially new, relevant, and material information, counsel for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff (Staff) hereby informs the participants that the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has issued a renewed operating license for Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2 (Fermi).
