[External_Sender] Re: NC State Exam Follow Up Flag: Follow up Flag Status: Flagged Ms. DeSouza, We really appreciate your flexibility as well. The week of May 8th is great and I agree and understand that this email serves as the confirmation letter.

I will compile and email you the Tech Specs, SAR, etc. within the next few days. As for the candidate applications I am still waiting on their medical exams to be completed but I expect I will be able to send the applications by the week of April 12th. In the past I believe we were able to attach all of the exam material to a single email. If that fails we will figure out a way to get them to you quickly.
