-Revision 4 to Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EP-0901, Classifications On December 6, 2013, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) submitted letter number 102-06806, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V, that transmitted a copy of Revision 4 to Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure, EP-0901, Classifications, and a summary of the 10 CFR 50.54(q) analysis for the procedure revision.It was discovered that the cover letter incorrectly referenced the procedure effective date as August 16, 2013. The correct effective date was November 1, 2013, which was properly Indicated in Enclosure 1, of the letter, entitled, Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EP-0901, Revision 04, Classifications.
