Purpose: For the petitioner, Green Action for Health and Environmental Justice, to address the Petition Review Board (PRB) for the petition titled "10 CFR 2.206 Petition to Revoke Materials License No. 29031396-01-Tetra Tech EC, Inc."  As outlined in MD 8.11, the meeting is "an opportunity for the petitioner to provide any relevant additional explanation and support for the request."  It is not an administrative hearing, nor is it an opportunity for the petitioner to question or examine the PRB on the merits or the issues presented in the petition request.
