| title = Automatic Reactor Scram Following an Electrical Yard Manipulation
| event text = Unit 2 reactor scrammed at 13:13 [EDT] following an electrical yard manipulation.  The reactor scram occurred as a result of an RPS [Reactor Protections System] actuation following an automatic trip of the main turbine from a generator lockout.  All control rods inserted [fully].  The plant is stable [in mode 3].  No ECCS [Emergency Core Cooling System] or safety relief valve actuations have occurred.  This report is being made pursuant to 50.72(b)(2)(iv)(b).  At this time the plant is stable, as expected.  An investigation is in progress to determine the reason for the electrical fault.
