Attachment 1 is a marked up copy of the proposed Technical Specification changes.Attachment 2 is a Safety Analysis in support of the proposed amendments.

Attachment 3 is the"Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration." The proposed amendments have been reviewed by the St.Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power&Light Company Nuclear Review Board.In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (b)(1), a copy of the proposed amendments is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.Please contact us if there are any questions about this submittal.
