This letter transmits the presentation slides for the May 16,     2024 briefing for the Advisory Committee for Reactor Safeguards (ACRS), Kairos Power Subcommittee. Duri   ng the May 16 meeting, participants will discuss Hermes PSAR Chapters 1, 4, 6-8, 10-12, 14, and 16-18 submitted for NRC review.
