Recommendation: | In accordance with the Commission's staff requirements memorandum on SECY-85-321, the NRC staff drafted an order that would deny the request of Carolina Power and Light Company for an extension of the November 30, 1985 environmental qualification deadline for Brunswick Unit 2. | ||
That draft order, which incorporates our comments as accepted by the staff, is attached hereto. | |||
The Office of Policy Evaluation has reviewed the order and has no objections to its contents. | |||

Authorize the Secretary to sign the attached order. | |||
