FINAL RULEMAKING, 10 CFR 110, EXP0RT AND IMPORT OF NUCLEAR EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL The proposed final rulemaking modifies an infomation collection requirement approved at the proposed rule stage by adding Canadian origin material or Since equipmenttothereportingreouirementcontainedin10CFR110.50(b)(3).

this is an amended requirement, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) review and approval of the information collection is required. This can be accomplished by preparing a letter to: Jefferson B. Hill, Office of Managment and Budget, Reports Management, New Executive Office Building, Washington, D.C. 20503.

Please state that Canada is beitg added to the already cleared 10 CFR 110.50(b)(3), the basis for the change, an explanation of the burden hours associated with the change, and the number of responses anticipated.

Please forward the letter to the Information and Records Management Branch, W-548 for submittal to OMB.
