| I had an opportunity this morning to review the letter and maps you sent yesterday. If I am not mistaken, the transmission line shown in Figure 3-2 and 3-3 is the Palo Verde to Devers line. Is this the one that was recently divided into two actions, one for CA the other for AZ due to AZ not allowing the project to move forward? I became involved in the project after FERC and am now getting caught up via BLM.
