COMMENTS ON PROPOSED NUREG-1855, "Guidance on the Treatment of Uncertainties Associated with PRAs in Risk-Informed Decision Making, Draft Report for Comment" (73 FR 06746)

Dear Mr. Lesar,

The Strategic Teaming and Resource Sharing (STARS) alliance would like to take advantage of this opportunity to comment on the subject proposed rulemaking. Based on our review, STARS endorses the comments submitted by EPRI on behalf of the nuclear industry via email on March 29, 2008.

STARS believes that the incorporation of these comments will create a document that provides quality guidance on this subject.
