Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) received the referenced letter dated February 22, 2016. The letter provides ENO the option to request a pre-decisional enforcement conference or request alternative dispute resolution (ADR). In addition, the letter requires a 10-day response to notify the NRC of the intended choice. As required by the referenced letter, ENO notified Mr. John Jandovitz, NRC Region Ill, on February 26, 2016, that the ADR process is requested to address the apparent violations.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitment.
