Level II and Level III Specification Change at the Missouri University of Science and Technology Reactor Facility, License R-79, Docket 50-123 Dear Spyros Traiforos; This is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of changes in personnel involving the Level II position and Level III position of the Missouri University of Science and Technology Reactor's Technical Specifications. Dr. Joseph Graham has replaced Dr. Hyoung Lee as Level II person as the Director of Nuclear Reactor effective November 21, 2017. Craig Reisner has replaced William Bonzer as the Level III person as the Interim Reactor Manager effective November 16, 2017.
