Updated Operator Requalification Program The MSTR is submitting an updated Operator Requalification Program. I have submitted a version in August of 2018 that had a date discrepancy between the cover and title page. I also did not submit a cover later at that time.
The update to Operator Requalification Program were as follows:
Name change from University of Missouri-Rolla to Missouri University of Science and Technology Multiple grammar and spelling errors throughout the document New and Updated tracking forms in the Appendix The date discrepancy was also corrected with this submission.
