LEVEL 1 PERSONNEL CHANGE AT THE MISSOURI UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY REACTOR
Dear Sirs:
The Missouri University of Science and Technology Reactor ("MSTR" with License R-79, Docket No. 50-123) is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") of changes in personnel involving the Level 1 position described in the MSTR Technical Specifications.
Effective October 1, 2022, Dr. Joseph Newkirk has replaced Dr. Ayodeji Alajo as the facility Level 1 person. Dr. Newkirk's information is provided below:
