This amendment is in response to your application dated May 2, 1983, July 9, 1985, August 13 and August 15, 1985, and a meeting sumary dated June 10, 1986.

Haddam Neck Plant The Counission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 79 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant. This amendment is in response to your application dated May 2, 1983, July 9, 1985, August 13 and August 15, 1985, and a meeting sumary dated June 10, 1986.
In general, this license amendment revises many administrative sections in Chapter 6, adds new reporting requirements consistent with 10 CFR 50.72 and 10 CFR 50.73 and adds a new containment isolation valve to the plant technical specifications.
