Re:  RII:JPO 50-389 Your  letter of  January 30, 1978 transmitted IE Bulletin 78-02 requesting information regarding environmental qualifications of unprotected terminal blocks. You further requested a response within 30 calendar days of the date of the bulletin.
St. Lucie Unit 2 is in the early construction stages, therefore, we do not feel that the nature of the inquiry warrants the de'velooment of the information on such an expedited basis.
Accordingly, this is to inform you that    we plan to submit our response by MIarch 31, 1978.
