By letter dated February 25, 2010, you applied for an amendment to the Turkey Point, Units 3 and 4 Operating License Nos. DPR-31 and DPR-41. The license amendment request provided the technical basis and justification to continue to credit Boraflex material in the criticality analysis for the Turkey Point, Unit 3 spent fuel pool (SFP) until September 30,2010. Also, in your letter you stated since the Turkey Point technical specifications (TSs) are common to both units, administrative changes are needed regarding Unit 4 to clarify the SFP TSs applicable to each unit upon approval.
