==Dear Mr. Freudenberger:==
On November 8, 2018, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a letter confirming that the site of the former Blended Low Enriched Uranium Facility was suitable for unrestricted release. Therefore, the decommissioning financial assurance established for the site is no longer required. The letter is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession Number ML18302A012.
Accordingly, we have signed the enclosed termination agreement for the standby trust associated with this facility.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).

NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES, INC. - STANDBY TRUST TERMINATION AGREEMENT (COST ACTIVITY CODE: L-2017-PMP-0001)

Dear Mr. Freudenberger:

Sincerely,

/RA/
